Crumbles and Brews is a homemade-everything neighbourhood café near Cambridge Heath station where Grace and her team turn out vegan carrot cake, butternut squash soup, and what regulars call a killer mushroom-and-spinach toastie with proper melty cheese and garlic. The full English and Mexican omelette draw families at weekends, and there's a kids menu plus highchairs and step-free buggy access. One parent praised "the lovely barista from Sri Lanka for her kindness and great service — my parents don't speak English very well, but she communicated with them so nicely." The carrot-glow juice (carrot, turmeric, apple, orange) and matcha lattes get repeat shout-outs, and the cakes and pastries are baked in-house rather than bought in. Outdoor seating makes it handy for a pre-Victoria Park pit stop, especially on sunny days when the atmosphere feels easy-going.
