DOVA Coffee & Tea is Lewisham's under-the-radar spot for proper Vietnamese bánh mì, run by a Vietnamese family who've brought something authentically different to Lee High Road. The standout here is the food — regulars rave about the chicken pho and the bánh mì (around £8, cheaper than most London spots), with one parent noting "No doubt the best Vietnamese style baguette I've had in London." The tofu bánh mì is excellent too. There's a kids menu plus highchairs and buggy-friendly space. The Vietnamese dishes are fresh, generous, and good. Best for a casual weekday bite when you want something more interesting than the usual high street fare.
